    IMPORTANT NOTICE

Over the last few days and weeks, we have been closely monitoring all the information, updates and recommendations from the CDC, Missouri Health Dept, government, etc. in regard to COVID-19. Please be assured we are following CDC guidelines on cleaning and hygiene protocols, arranging lobby to create less contact with others, cancellation policy flexibility to reduce exposures from ill or potentially ill clients, and offering tele-therapy to keep the office as safe as possible.

    • The JAN-PRO® cleaning teams have assured us they will be focused on cleaning and disinfecting high risk areas: door handles, light switches, faucet handles, stair bannisters, and similar high touch locations. We will also be disinfecting high risk areas between each session. WHO posters have also been placed in various places throughout the office with hygiene protocols.

    • The lobby is arranged to create less contact with others. We are asking everyone to minimize your occupancy in the lobby as much as possible to support the WHO recommendation to stay more than 3ft apart from others. We will be asking clients to exit thru a different door after sessions to also minimize exposure to others and promote social distancing.

    • Cancellation policy flexibility will be effective as of March 16, 2020 until further notice. Please communicate any exposure, trips to infected areas or health issues to us. Please stay home if you are ill.

    • If you are interested in tele-therapy, please speak to your provider.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. If you have any additional questions regarding this information, please contact your provider.
